Source: Simply In Season
4 cups bread cubes
1 1/2 Tbs Parmesan cheese (grated)
1/2 tsp dried thyme
1/4 tsp dried marjoram
2 tsp dried parsley
1. Spread the bread cubes on a baking sheet and bake at 350F for 10-15 minutes, until it’s crisp and dry. Lightly spray the cubes with oil.
2. Mix together remaining ingredients and toss with toasted cubes. Bake again for another 5 minutes or until crisp.

Yield: 4 cups (1/4 cup is a serving)
The Verdict: DH didn’t like this, as he didn’t like the original bread it was made from. Our friends, however, loved it. Just goes to show that not everyone is going to agree.
