Spread the bread cubes on a baking sheet and bake at 350F for 10-15 minutes, until it's crisp and dry. Lightly spray the cubes with oil.

Mix together remaining ingredients and toss with toasted cubes. Bake again for another 5 minutes or until crisp.

Yield: 4 cups (1/4 cup is a serving)
