Source: Simply in Season
1 1/2 lbs salmon fillets
1/2 cup green onions or chives (chopped)
2 Tbs soy sauce
1 Tbs garlic (minced)
1 Tbs sesame oil
1 Tbs Ginger-root; fresh; minced
1. Place fillets in the middle of a large piece of foil and turn up sides to make a boat.
2. Sprinkle onions or chives evenly over salmon.
3. Whisk the remaining ingredients together in a bowl and pour evenly over salmon. Bring sides of foil together and seal edges. Put the closed foil package on a gas or charcoal grill and cook at medium heat until the fish flakes, about 20 minutes.
Servings: 4
The Verdict: Quite tasty, super easy, and cleanup is a breeze because of the foil packets. I was able to use chives out of the yard–fresh herbs, where have you been all my life?

I would love this! I’m still working on my husband to break him in to seafood… it’s a long road, apparently! Maybe this will be his breakthrough!
I’d love it if you stopped by for a visit!

Those flavours sound great! I think if you marinate the salmon in the seasoning beforehand, it’d make for even more flavourful fish (:
