- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup sorrel, roughly chopped
- 1/2 cup chives, roughly chopped
- 1 green garlic (or 2 cloves garlic)
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 pound asparagus
- 1 bunch radishes
- In a blender, combine mayonnaise, sorrel, chives, and garlic. Taste and add salt and pepper as needed.
- Serve with radishes, asparagus, or other assorted spring vegetables.
