I've been wanting to do a video for awhile now; in fact, I bought a little camera last summer. But it took accidentally signing up to do a video about Frank's Red Hot through Collective Bias that made me finally do it! Please, be gentle.

I’ve been wanting to do a video for awhile now; in fact, I bought a little camera last summer. But it took accidentally signing up to do a video about Frank’s Red Hot through Collective Bias that made me finally do it! Please, be gentle.

This recipe is from The Clinton St. Baking Company. Click the video below to see me make it!

Tartar Sauce Ingredients:

  • 1/2 C chopped pickles (I used relish)
  • 1/4 C coarsely chopped capers
  • 1/4 C onion (chopped)
  • 2 T fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 1/2 C mayonnaise
  • juice of half a lemon
  • 1 tsp Frank’s Red Hot Sauce
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • salt and pepper

For the sandwich:

  • Toasted bun
  • Pan-Fried Fish
  • Tartar Sauce
  • Lettuce

Wendy… I think you were sandbagging!! Is this Really your first video? You did great!!!
That looked like a great Po’Boy too. I’m not used to seeing them in Ohio… only when I go south… so thanks!

Thanks, Sandy! I do presentations for a living so it was more the video part I was afraid of. I forgot to add in my post that the Po’ Boy tasted really good! I loved the zip that the Frank’s added.

First video?? Excellent job!! I notice how you make eye contact with the camera which is a big thing to me.

I love it! I thought it was so cute when you couldn’t get the lemon juice cap off! 🙂
