Yesterday’s nourishing action that I’m celebrating? The fact that I have started implementing the fruit on the desk tip. I know, creative title, eh? Some time ago in a diet book (or maybe a magazine?) I read that you should put three pieces of fruit on your desk in the morning and try to eat them by the end of the day. Now, I am not rigid about it. If I’m not hungry I don’t eat them just because they’re there. But I’ve found it does help to remind me to eat healthy when they are sitting there. Who needs the chocolate drawer when you have a bright, sunny orange waiting for you?
