This week in our Back to Basics Cooking Series I'm going to explore the world of tarts. I have made a few of them from Simply in Season, but they are not a regular part of my repertoire. I've always been fascinated at the idea of making them more, and learning how to improvise recipes, possibly because of this poem:
Remember the squash that I cooked in the slow cooker the other day? This recipe used up about 3/4 C of it. Yes, it uses white sugar and white flour. So I'm not linking it up to any of the "real food" linky parties. But it is sooo good.
Did you know that M&M’s comes out with new flavors beyond just peanut and plain? Maybe because I'm not a mom, but I had no idea! So when Collective Bias asked me to come up with a recipe featuring the new M&M’s Candy Corn White Chocolate Candies, I was intrigued.
