Hopefully you've been inspired this week by all the talk of soup (and for those in the Midwest, the cold weather!) Time to link up your favorite SOUP recipes.

I absolutely adore soup so this blog hop is right up your alley! I love your idea of saving veggie scraps throughout the week for stock, I’m going to start doing it. I also enjoy making stock from my roast chicken remains. I often put it in ice cube trays to freeze so I can use just a bit at a time if I need. I’ve linked up two recipes, thanks 🙂

Thanks for all of the soup recipes this week! I’ve saved several of them. BTW, your cream of broccoli soup is still one of my go-to favorites.
The Local Cook
