I have seen her classes talked about all over the blog world, and how I WISH I could take them. Sadly. I cannot afford them right now. I WISH she offered the classes as individuals….I would do at least a couple of them that way.

Yeah, me either LOL. Actually, I’m saving up to buy a video camera right now and I hope to do some mini lessons on here for free 🙂 Except I hate how I look on camera. However, there IS a certain cook I know who I think would be great to partner with on this. She’s already doing some demos at Trillium. I bet she’d look great on camera and she’s super knowledgeable. Think she’d be interested? **hint hint**
