Venison or Beef Meatballs

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs ground beef
  • 2 eggs (slightly beaten)
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup onion (chopped)
  • 1 clove garlic (minced)
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup onion (chopped)
  • 1 Tbs Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 clove garlic (minced)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350F
  2. Mix ground beef through chili powder thoroughly and form into 1 inch balls. Place in a shallow baking pan.
  3. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over meatballs. Bake at 350F for 45 minutes.
