Ingredients
- 4 cups flour
- 4 teaspoons baking powder
- pinch of salt
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1 cup milk or water
Instructions
- On a floured board, knead to rolling consistency.
- Flatten with hands or rolling pin to about 1/4 inch thick. Cut into 3-4\" circles (can use the bottom of a glass)
- In a frypan over medium-low heat, brown on each side for about 10 minutes.
- Serve immediately.
