Ingredients
- 2 lbs stewing beef or venison
- 2 large onions, sliced
- 1/3 cup water
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 2 Tbs vinegar
- 2 Tbs Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbs brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
Instructions
- Place meat and onions in a baking dish or crock pot.
- Mix together remaining ingredients and pour over meat and onions. Cover and bake at 325F for 2-3 hours or put everything in a slow cooker and cook on low for 8-10 hours.
- Shred the meat with two forks. The meat will soak up more of the juices as it is shredded.
