- 8 apples, chopped
- 1/2 cup celery (diced)
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1/2 cup pecans
- 1/4 cup shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup sugar
Instructions
- Combine apples through coconut in a large bowl and set aside.
- Combine remaining ingredients and pour over salad.
