My biggest real food challenge right now is bread. Bread! Bread! Bread! I have been trying to make homemade bread for about 6 months now and I am having no luck. The loaves either look beautiful and taste like cardboard or have wonderful taste but look and feel like bricks. ughh!!

Class 8 where there is information on breadmaking is what I would look forward to the most.

My biggest challenge is convincing my husband and son to eat healthier! It’s hard having to try to buy two separate sets of food/recipe supplies at the grocery store.
