1. I will not go on a diet.
I will eat foods that make me feel good and give me energy. I will not feel guilty if I do not eat perfectly.
2. I will not exercise. I have cancelled my gym membership.
I will go cross country skiing and ride my bike, even if it isn’t burning the maximum calories per hour, just because it makes me happy.
3. My house will not be spotless.
I will tame the chaos just enough to find what I need on a regular basis.
4. I will not become a rich and famous blogger. Or a rich and famous anything, for that matter.
I will write and create for my own enjoyment.
5. I will not wait until I am thin enough, have enough money, or my list of “to dos” is done.
I will savor today, each moment, because there is no gift like the present.
