I can’t believe its already week 3 of the #BosuStrong challenge, time flies when you’re having fun! Last week we focused on balance and I hope to continue that theme here on Wholistic Woman going forward.
This week its all about stretching and toning, and to be honest I really don’t know much in this department! I am terrible at remembering to stretch after I run. I love yoga but somehow never find the time. I hope to find a way to fit that in.
Regardless of my expertise or lack thereof, here are 5 of my all time favorite stretches:
- I love to stretch my legs by doing calf raises.
- My favorite total body stretch is cobra pose.
- I swear when I do yoga, it feels like an awesome massage.
- I stretch my mind by reading for fun.
- I try to stretch out of my comfort zone by trying new things all the time.
