The sheer number of diet and fitness plans is mind boggling. Before my weight loss surgery, I tried them all! It’s so easy to get caught up in researching various things, trying to put together the perfect eating and fitness routines. Denise Austin is offering a new plan to make it easier.
Denise Austin’s 10 Week, 360° Plan gives people the tools they need to achieve their goals by combining everything Austin knows about exercise, nutrition and motivation in one place for the first time through all-new video content.
Fun, easy and accessible for people of all ages and abilities, the 360 Plan is available in three different levels – beginner, intermediate and advanced – so there is something for everyone. Beginning every Monday, the 360 Plan is built from three core elements that are fundamental for a complete health routine – fitness, food and motivation.
Fitness: The program includes 30-minute workout videos, six days per week. There is a variety to choose from, including “walk with me,” high-energy cardio, yoga, barre, pilates, dance cardio and much more. The workouts get progressively more difficult throughout the course of the program to match the person’s fitness level.
Food: The 360 program includes a daily meal plan with recipes for all three meals, plus a snack, to take the guess-work out of healthy eating. With more than 200 recipes to choose from, there’s an option to satisfy any craving. And there is even a weekly shopping list that is mobile-friendly to make shopping trips a breeze.
Motivation: On Wednesday and Sunday, program participants receive motivational videos featuring personal life experiences and insights from Austin to help keep them going.
As an added bonus, more than 100 of Austin’s favorite workouts from her Lifetime TV shows will be available to people participating in the program. And there’s also a large social element with internal communities where users can help each other, track their friends’ progress through graphics and stats, and provide support.
Delivered daily through the online portal at DeniseAustin.com, the content is shown for the current week. To create a truly customizable experience, users have the ability to switch out workouts and recipes from the online catalog options. And for those who prefer a more traditional delivery, DVD’s of Austin’s new workouts also are available as part of the plan.
I’ve been able to check out the portal, and it looks very comprehensive! So if you are looking for the “total package” and don’t know where to start, this would be a good place.
