Menu Planning in Season
It's spring! Hooray! Asparagus and rhubarb are showing up in the farmer's markets. It makes me want to get in the kitchen again. Clean out the refrigerator. And (gulp) start menu planning again! Reposting this from last year. Here are some free downloads just for you!
Garden Update 5/9/11
Over the past week, the little sprouts have really taken off! It's fun to watch the little green shoots start to turn into something recognizable.

In case you're wondering how my gluten-free experiment worked, I thought I'd provide an update.
Spring Planting
Another $100 for lumber later, we now have 4 more beds. The photo above is of last year's, which I cleaned up on Saturday and planted with peas, carrots, lettuce, kale, and the Asian stir fry mix. Those little seeds are buggers! Hoping I can thin them out later.
