This post begins the Simple Living Challenge, which will incorporate may of the themes from the book Living More with Less. "Do Justice" is one of the Life Standards suggested in the book.
At first, I was disappointed that there weren’t more “how to” suggestions; then, I realized that the beauty of this book is that it doesn’t include more “how to” suggestions.
Remember how I talked about how The Dirty Life made me think about my past? For some reason, The Blueberry Years: A Memoir of Farm and Family made me think about a future of dreams and possibilities; which is sort of ironic, since it's a memoir.
Normally I prefer to avoid paper plates as it's more "green" to use real. However, I'm realistic enough to know that for things like potlucks and larger family gatherings it's not very practical to use real dishes. So I agreed to review the new tableware collection by Waverly and Hefty.
