Mix Chai Spice Mix (or use your favorite pre-mixed Chai mix)
Grease six four ounce ramekins. Preheat oven to 400F.
In a large bowl, combine the eggs, brown sugar, cornstarch, baking powder and Chai Spice Mix. Use a whisk to thoroughly combine the ingredients.
Divide the mixture between the ramekins.
Place the ramekins on a large baking sheet and bake for about 15 minutes, or until the eggs are puffed up, their tops are golden and a toothpick inserted in the centers comes out clean.
Use a flour sifter to sprinkle powdered sugar over the egg puffs.
Serve warm or cool.
