Plum Tart

flour (can use up to 1/3 C whole wheat)

butter

powdered sugar

plums (pitted and halved)

sugar

ground cinnamon

Combine the crust ingredients until no piece is larger than a pea. Press into tart pan or 9" pie pan.

If desired, sprinkle 1 T tapioca on the bottom.

Arrange plum halves cut side up on the crust. Combine cinnamon and sugar and sprinkle on top of the plums.

Bake in a preheated oven at 350F for 45 minutes or until the filling starts boiling.

Cool and serve with whipped cream.
