Turkey Lentil Pilaf

dried lentils (sorted, rinsed, and drained)

broth (turkey, chicken, or veg)

Cook ground turkey over medium heat until all pink has disappeared, 5 minutes.

Add onion and garlic and cook until tender, about 5 minutes.

Add mint, cinnamon, and pepper and cook 2 minutes.

Add remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer until rice is cooked, about 50 minutes.
