Bring 3 C water to a boil in a saucepan; add mint leaves, cover, remove from heat and let steep for 15 minutes or more. Remove mint.

Add the sugar until dissolved. At this point you can freeze the concentrate for later use if desired.

Combine the juices in a half gallon pitcher. Add mint water plus additional water and ice to fill the pitcher.
