Place lamb chops in a deep ceramic or class bowl.

Combine remaining ingredients and pour over meat. Cover and marinate for 4-5 hours in the refrigerator. Broil over a hot charcoal fire or under an oven broiler for 5-10 minutes per side for medium rare.
