Garlic Potato Salad

new potatoes (cubed)

cloves

garlic (or 6 garlic scapes)

green onions (minced)

1/4

cup

olive oil

balsamic vinegar

fresh rosemary finely chopped

salt and freshly ground black pepper

Boil new potatoes in water until tender, about 5 minutes. Drain and set aside.

Combine remaining ingredients in large bowl. Add cooked potatoes and stir to coat. Chill about 3 hours before serving.
