Melt butter in a large frypan over medium heat. Add the mushrooms, onion, and salt. Cook uncovered for 10 minutes.

Stir in the broth, turn heat to low and slowly sprinkle in the flour, stirring until the flour is mixed in.

Add the broth, sour cream, and stir until it's all incorporated and heated through.

Serve over pasta with freshly grated Parmesan cheese.
