mild white fish filets (tilapia, rockfish, snapper, etc.)

Puree the sour cream, mayonnaise, cilantro, lime juice, and garlic. Set aside.

Combine the chili powder, cumin, and red pepper. Rub onto the fish and then either fry or grill them.

Serve the fillets on a tortilla along with cabbage and the sauce.

Servings: 4
