Easy Potato Bake

shredded cheddar cheese

Preheat the oven to 425F.

Thinly slice the potatoes and put in a 2 quart dish.

Melt the butter in a saucepan on the stove; add all other ingredients (except for cheese) and heat through. Drizzle the mixture over the potatoes, cover, and bake for 45 minutes or until tender.

Sprinkle cheese on top and bake another 15 minutes.
