Crispy Chocolate Cookies

Preheat oven to 350F.

In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.

In another large bowl, cream the butter and sugars together. Add the water and vanilla and mix until just combined. Add the eggs and mix lightly. Stir in the flour mixture. Fold in the chocolate chips. Be sure not to overmix the dough.

Drop by 2T full on the prepared cookie sheets (either greased or use a SILPAT or parchment paper), 2 inches apart, and bake for 12 minutes or until the edges and centers are browned.
