black walnuts, chopped

Blend flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt together in a large bowl.

Add milk, butter, and vanilla and beat with electric mixer for 2 minutes.

Add egg white and beat for another 2 minutes.

Fold in black walnuts and pour into 2 greased and floured 9 inch round cake pans. Bake in preheated oven at 350F for 35-40 minutes.
