HSC15-110915Happy Monday everyone! I’m just three weeks away from my first ever marathon, and I am equal parts nervous and excited. However, the holidays can be a stressful time, which makes it even more important to continue to move your body and eat healthy even though there are so many extra events, activities, and temptations around every corner.

I’m not a huge fan of “challenges,” but that’s the name of the 8 week event by Fit Approach that I’ll be participating in–and I’d love it if you could join me! It will be fun, and we can win prizes!
