- 1 pound Swiss chard (chopped, can substitute spinach)
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup Swiss cheese (can substitute other cheese)
- 1 cup bread (cubed)
- 1/2 cup green onions (sliced)
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese (grated)
- Saute the Swiss chard or spinach in a pan until wilted and cooked through.
- Combine remaining ingredients with cooked greens. Pour into a greased 2 quart baking dish. Cover and bake in preheated oven at 375F until set, 25-30 minutes.
