A number of people have asked me how my motorcycle classes are going, so I thought I’d write a post talking about my experience. Yes, I am fully endorsed now so I have commuted to work a couple of times this week!
I posted before about how I’m taking an empowered eating class through Real Food Wellness. One of our assignments was to name three non-related activities that we enjoy. I had a real struggle!
I love reading in the summer. Something about curling up on the lawn chair in the back yard, glass of wine on the table next to me, and either a book or my phone in my hand is so relaxing.
It’s week four of the six week online food photography class that I’m taking through Collective Bias, and one thing is for sure–food photography is harder than it looks!
So I was standing in line at CSA pickup tonight STARVING. For breakfast I had a half cup of granola and some raw milk. Lunch was a leftover piece of grilled KFC and about half a cup of leftover vegan chili from lunch out the other day. I’ve been eating crappy the past few days as I never did get around to meal planning and have had some late nights at work. Pizza crossed my mind . . .
