About this time of year, my herb start to grow like crazy. So when Hellmann’s® invited me to try out their new Hellmann’s® Mayonnaise Dressing with Olive Oil, I knew right way that an herb dip was in order!
This is one of my favorite recipes from the cookbook From Asparagus to Zucchini. If you haven’t had fennel before (as I hadn’t, before I started my CSA a few years ago), it’s worth giving it a try–if you like licorice flavor, that is.
Yesterday I went to my husband’s brew club beer & food pairing event, and one of my favorite dishes was a cole slaw with IPA (India Pale Ale) dressing. So I went online and found a similar recipe to add to tonight’s salad.
